摘要
目前,预应力织物增强水泥基复合材料仍处于试验与理论研究阶段。本文介绍了预应力织物增强混凝土薄板的织物、张拉设备、薄板的成型方法,通过对比试验,考察了各类试件的抗拉强度、抗弯强度及界面粘结强度。结果表明,预应力的增加、浸润剂的使用均能提高织物增强混凝土薄板的有关力学性能,织物网孔大小也对薄板力学性能有明显影响。
In the present, only experimental and theory research are continued for textile reinforced cementitious composites. In this paper,the textile, the tension equipment and the shaping method of the prestressed textile reinforced concrete thin plates were introduced. Comparing the mechanics experiments, we found that the increment of preload stress and the use of infiltrating agent lead to the increase of properties of tensile ,flexural and interracial bond of the textile reinforced concrete plates. We also found the pore size of the fabric nets have obvious influence on the mechanical performance of the concrete thin plates.
