摘要 议程设置是媒介通过反复播出某类议题,强化该议题在人们心目中的重要程度,从而引导社会舆论导向,它是传播者在传播过程中发挥主导作用的理论依据。思想政治教育是借助媒介通过主观的引导、教育等方式传播社会所要求的道德规范,并使受教育者形成良好的行为品德。二者都是为了达到一定的传播效果。而作为一种传播效果理论,议程设置可以在传播技巧方面为思想政治教育提供一些理论指导,进而提高思想政治教育的实效性。 Agenda setting means that medium, by repeatedly broadcasting a certain issue, strengthens its importance in peoples mind to guide the public opinion, which is the theory based upon which communicators play a leading role in the dissemination process. Ideological and political education refers to, through subjective guidance, education, etc. and with the aid of medium, disseminating the code of ethics required by society, and helping the educated to develop a good moral behavior. Both the former and the latter are attempted to achieve certain media effect. As a kind of theory of media effect, agenda setting can provide some theoretical guidance in communication skills for ideological and political education, so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
