摘要
介绍了VOPT系统的构建方案,分析了车辆综合性能测试的构建、测试流程、软硬件的控制方案及系统的数据处理.通过采用双闭环调速系统,提高了测试过程转速/扭矩静、动态调节特性的稳定性.在应用"机—电"惯量模拟中,对平移、旋转惯量的加载特点、控制方法进行了分析.在排抑系统干扰信号上,提出了多项式最小二乘法拟合曲线的处理方法.
In view of the VOPT system construction examples, analysis of vehicle performance test construction, test process, control scheme of hardware and software, data processing of system has been provided by this paper. Through double closed loop speed regulation system's used, the stability static and dynamic characteristics of test speed/torque has been improved. The true extent of the vehicle road simulation test data are ensured. The load characteristics of translation and rotation inertia and control methods are analyzed in the application of "machine-electricity" inertia simulation. A polynomial least squares method fitting curve is proposed for suppression of system interference signal. The accuracy of measurement data is improved. The more close to the actual road conditions simulation of VOPT platform is ensured. A research foundation of the reasonable structure disign is provided for corresponding test system.
