鲍曼不动杆菌I类整合子与耐药相关性研究 被引量:5

Analysis of the relationships between the presence of class I integrons and the drug resistance in Acinetobater baumannii clinical isolates

摘要 目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性及其I类整合子分布情况,探讨I类整合子携带与鲍曼不动杆菌耐药关系。方法菌株鉴定采用API板条,药物敏感实验采用K-B纸片扩散方法,I类整合子基因检测采用PCR方法。结果本研究鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南和哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率低于30%,对头孢噻肟和磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶耐药率超过90%,对其它种类抗菌药物除多粘菌素外,其耐药率在30%~90%之间;I类整合子检出阳性率为70%,I类整合子检测阳性菌株对多种抗菌药物的耐药率显著高于I类整合子检测阴性菌株。结论本次临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药率较高,且呈多重耐药,多重耐药与其携带的I类整合子密切相关。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of antimicrobial resistance and the prevalence of class I integrons in clinical isolates of Acinetobater baumannii and to analyze the association of integrons with antimicrobiol resistance. Methods Clinical isolates of Acinetobater baumannii were indentified using API kites, antimicrobial resistance was determined by K-- B disk diffusion methods and the presence of class I integras genes were detected by PCR. Results Among the antibiotics examined, the resistance rates of imipenem and piperacillin/tazobactam were less than 30 ~ compared to the resistance rates of more than 90 ~ for cefotaxime and sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim and 30--90 ~ for other antibitics except polymyxin. Class I inte- gras genes were detected in 700/00 of the isolates and the resistance rates o~ isolates with integrons were higher than those without integrons. Conclusion The high resistance rates in combination with multidrug resistance were presented in clinical isolates of Acinetobater baumannii in our hospital, which were closely related to the presence of integrons.
