摘要
火电机组运行优化在线管理系统是提高机组运行经济性的一种较科学的管理手段。经对国内外在这方面的开发成果进行比较后发现 :(1)国外给运行人员提供的实时降低能损 (耗差 )的控制值是优化仿真计算的动态值 ,而国内还处于采用试验结果的非实时参考值 ;(2 )要开展对锅炉吹灰器运行经济性方面的研究 ,以提高和完善运行优化在线管理系统的科学性和实用性。
On-line optimizing management system is one of the advanced management systems for improving operation efficiency of the fossil-fired power plants.Introduced in this paper is a comparison of different developments at home and abroad,from which two points have been found:one is that the real time control values for energy consumption(differential energy cost)reduction provided to plant operator are the dynamic values got from simulation in abroad,while those at home are non-real time values obtained from testing for reference;the other one is that it is quite necessary to study on the economic performance of soot blowers for improving and optimizing the on-line management system.
