摘要
为提高双马来酰亚胺树脂的韧性、降低其固化温度,在树脂中引入二元胺,2,2'-(1,3-苯)双(4,5-二氢)噁唑啉(1,3-BOX)和改性剂苯胺型乙烯基苄基化合物(N-DVBA)。通过DSC、DMTA、SEM等分析手段对基体树脂的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:改性剂N-DVBA降低了反应体系的固化温度,二元胺和1,3-BOX提高了体系的韧性。改性后双马树脂Tg达279.1℃,弯曲强度和拉伸强度分别为133.80和88.50 MPa,断裂伸长率为3%,介电常数为3.79,介电损耗(1 MHz)为0.010。
A comprehensive performance of the matrix resin was obtained by introducing vinyl benzyl compounds (N-DVBA) as a modifier 2,2' - (1,3-phenyl) bis (4,5 -dihydro) oxazoline as the toughening agent. DSC ( differential scanning calorimetry) , DMTA (dynamic mechanical thermal analyses) , SEM (scanning electron microscope) were employed to characterize the structure and performance of the matrix resin. The results indicate that the cured resin had excellent thermal and mechanical properties, such as Ts is 279. 1℃ , its tensile and bending strength is 88.50 MPa and 133.8 MPa, elongation rate is 3% ,dielectric constant(G) is 3.79,dielectric loss tans( 1 MHz) is 0. 010.
