摘要
研究了冷处理工艺对航空发动机分油活门组织及性能的影响;论述了冷处理后组织与性能的关系,对航空发动机分油活门采用冷处理有效促使残留奥氏体向马氏体转变,并析出更多的细小碳化物颗粒,获得较佳的综合力学性能,显著提高了分油活门的使用寿命,具有十分重要的实际应用价值。
The relationship between the mechanical properties and microstructure after cryogenic treatment has been explained. Cryogenic treatmen of the Oil separator valve of aero engine effectively helps transforms form retained austenite into martensite and finer carbides precipitated, which brings better comprehensive mechanical properties. The work-life of the oil separator valve have been increased obviously and thus it has significant use value.
