摘要
介绍长海电厂 50MW双水内冷发电机组振动处理经过。处理过程从简单入手 ,逐步推进 ,经过各项检查试验 ,找出了振动故障的原因是发电机水内冷转子水流不对称 ,即转子水支路存在堵塞现象所致 ,并依此进行了处理。
Tntroduced in this paper are vibration problem and its solvling of a 50 MW turbo-generator unit with inner water-cooled stator and rotor.The vibration was found to be caused by unbalanced water flow in rotor,i.e.water circuits blocking.
