摘要
研究填充高用量白炭黑的钢丝帘布胶配方。试验结果表明:与普通炭黑配方胶料相比,通过采用以天然橡胶为主体材料的高用量白炭黑钢丝帘布胶配方,并调整混炼工艺,胶料的门尼粘度和粘合性能基本相当,生热降低,帘布胶的表面粘性较好;成品轮胎的耐久性能明显提高。
The formula of steel carcass ply compound with high addition level of silica was investigated. The results showed that,compared with common carbon black filled compound, by using the formula of steel carcass ply compound based on natural rubber with high addition level of silica, and adjusting the mixing technology, the Mooney viscosity and adhesion property of compound were similar,the heat build-up decreased,the surface tackiness of carcass ply compound was better, and the endurance of finished tire was obviously improved.
