基于h指数的211高校图书馆科研能力测度与分析

Analysis of Scientific Research Ability of Academic Libraries of 211 Project

以中国期刊全文数据库和web of science平台作为数据源,利用2001-2008年间112家211高校图书馆所发表的论文及其被引数据,从h指数的角度分析211高校图书馆的科研能力。调查结果显示:211高校图书馆的国际学术影响力普遍较低;国内平均h指数较低,59.82%的图书馆未达到平均水平。针对211高校图书馆的科研能力现状提出了建议。

The paper makes use of the papers included in CNKI and web of science and relevant cited data of 112 academic libraries of 211 project and analyzes the scientific research ability of 211 university libraries based on h - index. Research results show that： （1）The international academic influence of 211 university libraries is generally low with small number of papers published and low levels of concern. （2） The average h -index of 211 university libraries is relevant low. 59.82% libraries don＇t meet the average. According to the research status, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
