克服不可测干扰两种控制方法的比较分析

摘要 针对某些不能直接测量干扰而无法直接进行前馈控制的问题,对不可测干扰的内模估计前馈反馈控制方法 (FC—PID)和自抗扰控制(ADRC)对不可测干扰的克服能力进行对比分析,并将两种算法应用于主汽温调节中。仿真实例表明,由于ADRC应用了非线性的控制算法,能很好的克服未知外扰,但控制器参数整定复杂,不便于工程应用;FC—PID是在PID和内模估计基础上的改进,具有控制器参数整定简单,控制系统鲁棒性好,便于工程应用的特点。 Against to the feedforward control problem that some interference can't be measured and controlled directly,there is a comparative analysis which is regard to the ability to overcome unmeasured interference between feedforward control method(PID-FC) and auto-disturbance-rejection control(ADRC),and the two algorithm are applied to the main steam temperature adjustment.A simulation example shows that due to the application of the nonlinear ADRC control algorithm,which can overcome the unknown outside disturbance.But the complex operation increased the time of overcome outside disturbance,and controller parameters setting are complex,it is hard to apply in engineering.PID-FC based on PID and internal model estimates is easy to set controller parameters and has the characteristics of robust and engineering application.
