摘要 目的:了解临床见习前护理专业学生(简称护生)的学习动机现状及其影响因素。方法:采用大学生学习动机问卷对某医学院302名临床见习前护生进行抽样凋查。结果:临床见习前护生学习动机总分为101.09±18.74,其中内部学习动机得分57.44±10.92,外部学习动机得分43.66±9.53;影响护生学习动机的因素主要为专业认识、家庭经济收入和生源地(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:临床见习前护生总体学习动机居中等程度,还有进一步提升的空间。 Objective: To understand the current status and its influencing factors of learning motivation of nursing students before clinical pro- bation. Methods: 302 nursing students from a medical university before clinical probation were included into the study by using the college stu- dents learning motivation questionnaire. Results: The total score of learning motivation are 101.09 ± 18.74, including internal learning motiva- tion (57.44 ± 10.92) and external learning (43.66 ± 9.53). The influencing factors are professional recognitions, family economics and re- gions (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion: Nursing students before clinical probation have medium learning motivation, remaining to be further enhanced.
