摘要 目的:探讨以循证护理为基础的护理本科生临床带教的新模式。方法:对比在护理本科生临床实习中采用循证护理方式带教前后两组护生(分别为30名)的批判性思维能力评价、学生对教师教学质量的评价及患者对学生的满意度测评。结果:实验组学生的批判性思维能力、对教师教学质量的评价及患者对学生的满意度均高于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论:循证护理带教方法可以提高护理本科生评判性思维能力、利用信息能力和科研能力、临床教师带教能力、及患者对学生的满意度。 Objective: To assess the evidence-based nursing teaching models on baccalaureate nursing students' clinical practice. Methods: 60 baccalaureate nursing students were randomly divided into two groups ( n = 30) : control group and evidence-based nursing group. Critically thinking abilities, teaching qualities and satisfaction from patients were evaluated. Results: In the evidence-based nursing group, the critically thinking abilities, teaching qualities and satisfaction from patients were better than in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Evidence- based nursing teaching models should be encouraged in the teaching of baccalaureate nursing students.
