摘要
在互联网的广泛应用时代,无论是微博、博客还是各大论坛及购物网站都出现了针对产品或服务的客户评论.针对中文网络产品评论的分类分析,指出评论不一定是真实有效,具有欺诈性.从而以欺诈性观点来误导生产者和消费者的决策.通过对网络上欺诈性观点进行了一定的分析和研究,归纳出欺诈性评论的类型以及隐藏技巧,探讨了观点欺诈检测的方法.
Internet is of great popularity today. Customers＇ reviews on a product or service emerge on the Microblog, Blog , BBS and Shopping websites. This paper is based on the analysis of reviews through classification, to show that not all product reviews are reliablel some are even fraudulent and mislead producers and consumers to make unwise decision. The paper aims to sum up the fraud view types and hidden techniques used in internet reviews and how to distinguish them through the analysis and research of fraudulent reviews.
