旅游景区游客满意度研究——以自贡恐龙博物馆为例

Study on the Degree of Tourist Satisfaction at the Tourist Attractions——A Case Study of Zigong Dinosaur Museum

自贡市恐龙博物馆是具有独特性的旅游景区,按照IPA分析法相关原理设计问卷并进行抽样调查,进一步对游客的满意度进行分析,为恐龙博物馆今后的发展提出相应的改善措施和建议:增强以人为本理念,强化服务意识;完善旅游基础设施,巩固优势因素;结合文化背景坚持不断创;扩大旅游购物与娱乐活动的消费比重.

The satisfaction degree of tourists directly affects the marketing and further development of a tourist attrac- tion. A questionnaire is designed applying the IPA-related analytical theories and a sample survey is made to investigate the de- gree of tourist satisfaction through IPA analysis, aiming to put forth remedy measures or suggestions for improvement of the tourism development of the dinosaur museum： the reinforcement of the Human-centered ideology and heightening the awareness of service; perfecting tourist infrastructure and consolidation of advantageous factors; constant innovation in combination with the cultural background; expansion of the ratio of tourist shopping over tourist recreational activities.
