三峡库区各区县城镇化与产业结构的联动分析

Linkage Analysis of the Urbanization and Industrial Structures in the Towns and Counties of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area

利用Eviews5软件,通过建立现代计量经济模型来对三峡库区各区县城镇化与产业结构的联动关系进行了分析,发现库区各区县城镇化与产业结构之间存在较强的正相关关系,但库区各区县乃至整体城镇化水平均低于其工业化进程.因此,各区县在其城镇化进程中应统筹城乡产业结构调整,合理引导农村剩余劳动力向城市转移,借助优惠政策大力发展第三产业,最终形成城镇化与产业结构升级相互促进,协调发展.

By utilization of the Eviews 5 Software and establishment of modern models, a linkage relationship analysis is made of the urbanization and industrial structures in the towns and counties of the three gorges reservoir area, the findings from which show that the linkage relationship between the urbanization and industrial structure of each district in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is of a strongly positive one, whereas the urbanization level of each district lags behind its industrialization lev- el, which is also true of the overall urbanization level in the whole reservoir area. Therefore, in the process of urbanization, each district should strive to strike an overall balance in doing the job of industry restructuring, directing the shift of surplus rural labor force towards the cities in an orderly way and takes advantages of the preferential policy to step up efforts to develop the tertiary industry so that urbanization and the upgrade of the industrial structure can enhance each other thus to achieve a harmonious development of the two.
