摘要
以社会学、经济学、管理学、市场学和体育产业理论为依托,兼顾目前对高校体育人力资源市场化研究的利弊,笔者从学校发展和社会需求两个方面对高校体育人力资源走向市场给予客观分析,整合整体的概况,归纳出高校体育教师走向市场所产生的问题及制约因素,在此基础上对高校体育人力资源服务的领域及市场化的运作给出相关的建设性意见.
Based on theories in sociology, economics, management, marketing science and sports industry theory and taking into account the pros and cons observed in the current College sports human resources marketization research, an objectire analysis is made of the sports human resources going to market in terms of school development and social demands. An o- verview of the holistic situation, problems and constraints arising from the process of the PE teachers' going to market are summed up, on basis of which, some constructive suggestions concerning the operation of marketization and the College sports human resources services are put forth.
