摘要 介绍立式长轴消防泵组和卧式消防泵组的特点,分析某石化码头扩建工程海水消防泵组采用卧式泵和立式长轴泵的可行性和存在的问题。计算水泵的必需汽蚀余量,得出应采用立式长轴泵的结论。建议采用海水作为消防水源且安装消防泵组的码头平台高于海水液位的海港码头采用立式长轴型消防泵。 Features of horizontal pump and vertical turbine pump were introduced and the feasibilities and problems with horizon- tal pump and vertical turbine pump on a petrochemical wharf were analyzed. Vertical turbine fire pump is clarified the correct selection by calculating the net positive suction head required for pump. Ocean ports which use seawater as fire water re- source, and the platform installed fire pump set is constructed above seawater level, were suggested to use vertical turbine pump.
