Discussion on fire service carrying out government crisis management function

通过研究世界主要国家和我国消防部门在政府危机管理职能中的发展趋势,客观分析了当前我国消防部队在各类危机处置过程中存在的主要问题,以此为切入点,提出将国防动员应急体系和政府应急管理体系结合起来构建政府危机管理体系,并对消防部队在政府危机管理体系中发挥的职能作用进行了探讨。

Development of fire service carrying out government crisis management function in China and foreign countries was described, and the main problems during fire service disposing crisis were analyzed. And, it was proposed that the system of national defense mobilization and government emergency man- agement should be combined to construct government crisis management system, and the effect of fire service was dis- cussed.
