Physical education curriculum designing is a critical part of college basketball education. College basketball programs must be designed to be student-centered, subject-centered and social needs-centered. Basketball program structure must including practical courses, theory courses, and ＂second class＂ course centering on extra-curricular sports activities competitions. Reforming the existing basketball examination system and change the negative changes for the active change, that is all services for the teaching.
