Postoperative observation and nursing experiences of 300 cases painless induced abortion

目的:总结无痛人工流产术过程中的护理方法。方法:观察并记录300例人工流产术病员术前术中及术后情况及护理要点。结果:300例无痛人工流产术孕妇在优质护理服务的作用下无一例发生人工流产综合征,手术痛苦及心理创伤小。结论:无痛人工流产术中高质量的护理提高了无痛人工流产术的安全性,增加了孕妇满意度。

Objective： To study the method of care of the process of painless induced abortions. Methods： 300 cases of painless m- duced abortions patients have been studied, the intraoperative and postoperative conditions and care points were observed and recor- ded. Result： No person suffering from flow syndrome in these 300 pregnant women accepted induced abortions due to quality care. All the patients had the smaller pain and psychological trauma because of this surgery. Conclusion： High quality care in a painless abortion can improve the safety of induced abortion, and increased maternal satisfaction.
