通过提高护士自身素质,改善病房环境,加强患儿安全意识,完善护理操作技能,做好家属的健康宣教等多方面的病房护理管理,从而提高护理质量。

Objective： To explore a way to improve nursing management of the ward after analyzing the quality of nurses, ward environment, the children＇s safety awareness, nursing skills and parents or relatives of children propaganda and education, so as to improve the quality of service.
