An Analysis of Heritage Protection of Water Culture and Development of Grand Canal of Hangzhou Section

京杭大运河杭州段是大运河最重要的河段之一。杭州段运河具有悠久的历史和文化内涵,同时也是江南水文化遗产的长廊,拥有极为丰富的水文化遗产。运河水文化遗产可以分为三类:物质形态水文化遗产、制度形态水文化遗产和精神形态水文化遗产。对其保护和开发,可以从3个方面入手:一是建立起一套成系统、体系化的运河水文化遗产保护档案资料;二是依托中国大运河的申遗工程,推进杭州段运河水文化遗产的保护和开发;三是秉承"保护为主,抢救第一,合理利用,加强管理"的原则。

The most important section of Grand Canal locates in Hangzhou,which has a long history and is rich in water culture heritage.The water culture heritage of Grand Canal falls into three categories: water culture heritage of physical form,water culture heritage of institutional form and water culture heritage of spiritual form.To protect and develop water culture heritage of Grand Canal, it is necessary to take measures from the following aspects.First,it is important to establish systematic water culture files.Second,relying on the Grand Canal of China World Heritage project,it is possible to protect and develop water culture heritage of Grand Canal of Hangzhou section.Third,it is compulsory to adhere to the protection-focused and saving-oriented principle.Thus reasonable harness and strengthened management can be available.
