Research Framework of Core Competence of Food Enterprise in Shandong Province

当前,山东食品产业结构调整明显加快,但是存在的问题也很突出。明确食品经济管理研究基地的总体目标、主要任务和工作重点,有助于有针对性地开展山东食品经济与管理问题的研究。食品企业核心竞争力研究是位居食品经济管理研究重点和研究目标之间的一个独立的研究方向,这一研究的关键是食品企业核心资产(技术资产、人才资产和管理结构资产等)的构建,核心是提升山东食品企业核心竞争力。

Currently, food industry of Shandong province accelerates markedly structure adjustment, but has prominent problems. It is usefulness that making clear the overall objectives, main tasks and priorities of Research Base of Food Economics and Management to carry out accordance research on food economics and management issues in Shandong province. Research on core competence of food enterprise is a independent research direction between priorities and objectives of research on food economics and management. The key to this research direction is to build the core assets of food enterprises （ technology assets, human assets and structural assets , etc. ）, and the core is to enhance the core competence of food enterprise in Shandong province .
