摘要
高校深化岗位设置与聘用改革工作,不仅是高校人事制度的重大改革和创新的内在需要,也是高校实现自身发展目标的紧迫要求,但在实施过程中遇到了诸多困难,需要采取相应措施加以解决。
The reform of post settings and appointment systems in universities is not only the need for personnel system reform and innovation, but also the requirement of realizing their own development goals. The reform encounters many difficulties in the process of implementation, so some measures need to be taken to solve them.
