摘要 采用浮选法和超声波酸浸法去除石英粉中的铝、钾、钠杂质,用原子吸收分光光度计分析经浮选和酸浸处理的样品中铝、钾、钠杂质的含量。结果表明,较佳的除杂工艺参数是:在pH=2,十八胺浓度范围为8.0×10-7~8.0×10-6mol/L,十二烷基磺酸钠的浓度为4×10-6mol/L时浮选;浸出的混合酸为18%的盐酸和2%的氢氟酸,浸出温度为50℃,超声波酸浸处理1h。在此条件下,可使石英中铝含量从128×10-6下降到14×10-6,钠含量从114.7×10-6下降到1.2×10-6,钾含量从8.6×10-6下降到0.4×10-6,达到高纯石英砂的标准。 In this paper flotation and acid leaching were adopted to remove aluminum, potassium and sodium from quartz sand and the atomic absorption spectrophotometer was adopted to analyze the content of aluminum, potassium and sodium impurity which was treated by flotation and acid leaching. The results show that when the pH is 2, the concentration range ofoctadecylamine is from 8.0×10^-7mol/L to 8.0×10^-6mol/L, the concentration of sodium do- decyl sulfonate is 4×10^-6mol/L, the mixed acid is 18% hydrochloric acid and 2% hydrofluoric acid, the soak tem- perature is 50℃ and the time ultrasonic treatment is lh, the content ofaluminum in quartz reduces from 128×10^-6 to 14×10^-6, potassium from 114.7×10^-6to 1.2×10^-6and sodium from 8.6×10^-6to 0.4×10^-6, reaching the standard of high-purity quartz.
