摘要 在对赤城龙关地区铁尾矿的性质和成分进行分析的基础上,进行了以铁尾矿为主要原料制备免蒸免烧砖的试验研究。通过改变铁尾矿、中砂、石灰、水泥以及外加剂的用量,采用QTY6-16型液压砌块成型机的压制成型,经过自然养护,抗压强度和抗折强度达到了《GB5101-2003》MU10的标准要求。尾矿利用率达到50%。这一成果如投入到实际生产,不仅缓解了赤城地区选矿厂尾矿排放对周边环境的影响,又可节约资源,实现了矿产业的可持续发展。 On the basis of analyzing the properties and components of iron tailings of Longguan in Chieheng, exper- imental research on the preparation of non-fired and non-steamed bricks was carried on by using iron tailings as the main materials. Through adjusting the dosage of iron tailings, medium sand, lime, cement and addictives, pressing formation by adopting QTY6-16 type hydraulic block forming machine and curing by nature, the compres- sion and flexural strength meets the requirement of(GB5101-2003)MU10 and the tailing utilization rate reaches 50%. If it is put into actual production, it will not only relieve harm to environment produced in the process of dis- charging iron tailings, but also save resources, realizing the sustainable development of mining industry
