对氧磷酶2基因多态性与脑梗死的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨对氧磷酶2(PON2)基因的标签位点(tag SNP)rs17876171多态性与脑梗死的相关性。方法应用多聚酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析法(PCR-RFLP),对110例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)及100名性别、年龄相匹配的健康体检者(对照组)的PON2rs17876171位点多态性进行检测。结果 PON2基因型在两组人群中的分布符合H-W平衡;脑梗死组和对照组PON2S311C(C→G)CC、CG、GG三种基因型分布差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.67,P<0.05),且脑梗死组G等位基因频率高于对照组(χ2=4.14,P<0.05)。非条件Logistic回归分析表明,携带G等位基因的人群脑梗死的发生风险为OR=2.179,95%CI(1.527~3.108),P<0.01。结论 PON2S311C多态性的G等位基因可能是中国山西地区汉族人群脑梗死的危险因子。
