乳腺癌伴胰腺转移1例

摘要乳腺癌常见的转移部位包括骨、肝、肺、脑的脏器,罕见胰腺转移.恶性肿瘤的胰腺转移,占胰腺恶性肿瘤的5%[1],常见于周围脏器的直接侵犯,如胃、肝、脾脏等.血行转移和淋巴转移常见于肾癌和肺癌,其他类型癌肿较少见[2].现报告我院收治的乳腺癌并胰腺转移1例.
