摘要
选用细度为650tex的棉粗纱为鞘纱,3.33tex的涤纶长丝为芯纱,改变其混纺比及捻系数,设置不同的工艺参数,在环锭细纱机上进行纺纱。将纺制好的几组纱线进行条干不匀率、毛羽、单纱断裂强力等测试,并将纱线做切片分析。通过实验,分析各种影响包芯纱性能的因素,给出了一组工艺参数来提高包芯纱的质量。
650 tex fineness cotton for sheath yarn and 3. 33 tex polyester filament for corn yarn were selected to spin by changing blended ratio, twist factor and process factors. Yarn evenness, hairiness and single yarn breaking strength were tested, and analysis of yarn section was conducted. The influences of performance on core-spun yarn were analyzed and the improvement of process param- eters of yarn quality was proposed.
