基于现代职教体系下技能型人才成长“立交桥”的构建——以广东轻工职业技术学院为例

Construction of Skilled Talents Growing “Overpass” Based on Modern Vocational Education System——Taking Guangdong Industry Technical College as an Example

目前,职业教育改革发展的重点是从规模发展转向体系建设。高职院校如何突破办学体制瓶颈,搭建技能型人才成长"立交桥",为构建现代职业教育体系做出贡献,显得尤为重要。广东轻工职业技术学院准确把握高职教育的高端定位,突出发挥高职院校的引领作用,积极主动探索中职、高职、应用型本科、专业硕士衔接沟通的技能型人才培养体系,并在招生政策等方面提出建议,以促进现代职教体系的构建。

At present the focus of vocational education reform development shift from scale development to system construction. It is particularly important to break through the bottleneck of school-running system of higher vocational college, and build skilled talents growing ＂Overpass＂ to make contribution to construct modem vocational education system. Guangdong Industry Technical College accurately holds high-end position of higher vocational education and brings its leading role into full play. At the same time, it actively explore skilled talents training system that is a link up of secondary and higher vocational colleges, applied undergraduate university, and professional graduate. Some suggestions on the policy of students＇ recruitment are also provided to promote the construction of modem vocational education system.
