顶岗实习是实践育人的重要环节,学校通过加强与金融行业的密切合作,以确保教育发展规划、教育内容、培养规格、人才供给适应金融行业发展实际需求,从而更好地服务地方经济。要以深化工学结合、校企合作为主线,加强实践育人工作及学生顶岗实习培训管理、过程管理,进而提高顶岗实习质量,全面提升人才培养质量。

Through strengthening close cooperation with the financial industry, The school ensures that the plans for the development of education, educational content, training standards, and talent supply demand adapt to the development of financial industry, so as to better serves the local economy.
