1型糖尿病患儿母亲照顾需求的质性研究

Qualitative Research on Family Care Needs of Type 1 Diabetes Child's Mother

目的探讨1型糖尿病患儿母亲居家照顾的需求,为护理人员制定满足患儿母亲照顾需求、促进其身心健康的护理措施提供依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学的方法,对10名学龄期1型糖尿病患儿母亲进行半结构式的访谈,并用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析。结果本研究中,1型糖尿病患儿母亲的照顾需求归纳为5个主题:疾病信息需求;个人健康需求;家庭支持需求;社会支持需求;经济支持需求。结论作为主要照顾者,1型糖尿病患儿母亲在访谈中表达了强烈而广泛的照顾需求。护理人员应重视对1型糖尿病患儿主要照顾者的需求评估,帮助其获得更多的正式和非正式的社会支持,并有针对性地提供居家护理的指导和咨询。

Objective To describe family care needs among mothers of children with type 1 diabetes. Methods As the main caregivers, ten mothers of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus were participated in half-structured interview regarding their experience of caregiving and family care needs. The collected data were analyzed by Colaizzi＇ s method of phenomenological analysis. Results Five themes were found including the need of disease information, personal health, family support, social support and financial support. Conclusion As the main caregivers of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus, mothers report an intensive and broad range of family care needs. It is important to provide individual type 1 diabetic education and care suggestions for main caregivers and help them access to more intensive social support.
