摘要
目的评价开展基础护理认同教育,对提高基础护理认知度及实施情况的效果,寻找进一步落实基础护理的有效措施。方法在全院范围内开展护理人员基础护理认同教育,并于基础护理认同教育前后分别发放调查问卷,了解全院护士对基础护理的认知度及实施情况,并进行对比分析。结果开展系列基础护理认同教育活动近1年后,在协助患者洁面梳头、足部清洁等基础护理中的生活护理等项目,护士认为应该由护士承担的百分比有明显提升,差异有统计学意义;基础护理项目实施程度与认知度呈正相关。为患者洁面梳头、清洁会阴、足部清洁、料理大小便、床上洗头、协助进食、协助更衣、倾倒尿液、床上擦浴及翻身叩背的实施得分在教育前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),教育后实施程度有一定提高。结论开展基础护理认同教育能提高护士对基础护理的认知度,对基础护理的落实有一定的促进作用,但仍存在基础护理内涵认识上的误区,继续强化基础护理认同教育是十分必要的。
Objective To evaluate the effect of identity education of basic nursing among nursing staff on the improvement of basic nursing cognition and to provide effective measures of basic nursing. Methods Identity education of basic nursing was performed among nursing staff throughout the hospital and a self-designed questionnaire about basic nursing cognition was applied before and after the education. Data collected were analyzed and compared. Results One year after the implementation of the education, more nurses regarded living nursing such as face cleaning, hair combing and foot cleaning should be conducted by nurses, which indicated statistic significance. The implementation of basic nursing was correlated with the cognition of it (P〈0.01). Conclusion The implementation of identity education of basic nursing is beneficial to the improvement of cognition of basic nursing. It is necessary to strengthen identity education of basic nursing despite of the misunderstanding of basic nursing.
