Xenophon revealed the order and disorder reality under the rule of the tyranny by describing the tyrant soul un- der the chaos and the opposition of tyranny and civilian. With a deep fear of disordered state, Xenophon held an im- proved attitude towards tyranny, and puts forward the reform plan of benevolent tyranny. Xenophon depicted the benevo- lent tyrant ruled under relatively good social order from the tyrant of personal accomplishment, mercenary system and the social economy life.
