摘要
油页岩是石油和天然气的重要补充和替代资源,循环流化床燃烧技术是油页岩资源最经济、最有效地燃烧方式。基于非预混燃烧模型,结合循环流化床气固两相流动方面的知识,建立了油页岩热解和燃烧的模型,对油页岩循环流化床内部流动和燃烧进行了数值模拟,得到了炉膛内颗粒速度、颗粒浓度以及温度场分布等,同时分析了一二次风配比和平均粒径对炉膛燃烧的影响。
Oil shale is an important complementary and alternative resource to oil and gas.It was proved that combustion technology of circulating fluidized bed is the most economical and effective way to burn with oil shale.Based on the non-premixed combustion model and combining with model of gas-solid two-phase flows,pyrolysis and combustion model of oil shale was built in this paper.Through numerical simulation of internal flow and combustion in oil shale circulating fluidized bed,particle velocity in the furnace is attained as well as granule concentration and temperature field distribution.Meanwhile,it was analyzed the affection on combustion characterization for the primary and secondary air ratio and the size of average grain.
