Taking School of Biological Engineering in Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology as an example, and through the CEEUSRO activities, the article explores the school - enterprise cooperative cultivating mode and the mode of personnel training integrated academe, enterprise, employment, entrepreneurship, for the purpose of constantly improving the employment and entrepreneurship system, strengthening the college students employment competitiveness, and establishing new mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vo- cational colleges.
