高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的问题与对策

就业市场对高职技术人才的渴求和高职教育的自身特点决定了高职院校建设"双师型"教师队伍的必要性。对此,高职院校应该采取加强教师实践锻炼、加强教师队伍建设规划、拓宽教师队伍来源和完善教师队伍的评价等措施来建设高质量的"双师型"教师队伍。

The urgent need for higher professional technical talents in job markets and the characteristics of higher vocational education decide that higher vocational colleges should construct the double-qualified teachers. In order to improve the qualification of the construction of the double-qualified teachers, some methods such as strengthening teachers＇ practice, enhancing the planning of the teacher construction, widening the source of the teachers and improving the evaluation system of teachers should be carried out.
