摘要
目前我国汽车分销渠道在构建设计和管理控制等方面存在诸多问题,主要原因在于市场观念缺失、行业规模有限、政策法律不健全和市场分布不平衡。建议从树立正确渠道观念、重视成员的选择、规划合理的渠道组合、建立绩效评价体系和构建渠道信息管理体系五方面入手改进渠道,提高渠道效能。
At present car distribution channels in our country exist many problems in building design and management control; the main reason is the lack of market concept, limited industry scale, unsound policy and law and unbalanced market distribution; So we can improve the efficiency of the channel from five aspects : setting up the correct market con-cept、paying attention to the selection of channel members, planning reasonable channels, setting up the performance e- valuation system and constructing the channel information management system.
