提高党的领导制度科学化水平,是新形势下永葆党的先进性、加强和改进党的建设的一项重要任务。党的领导制度科学化是党的建设科学化的内在要求,是党有效治国理政的根本保证。提高党的领导制度科学化水平和坚持科学的党的领导制度是相辅相成、内在统一的。坚持科学的党的领导制度需要把握三大原则,提高党的领导制度科学化水平需要抓好四大着力点,才能更加自觉地按照马克思主义执政党的领导制度规律办事,提高党的领导和执政科学化水平,保证党更有效地治国理政。

To improve the scientific level of the Party’s leadership system is an important task for keeping the advancement of the Party and strengthening party building under the new situation.Scientific leadership is an intrinsic requirement of scientific party building and the basic guarantee for the Party effectively governing the country.Improving the scientific level of the Party’s leadership system and insisting upon the scientific leadership of the Party promote each other and they are inherently unified with each other.To insist upon the scientific leadership of the Party,we must grasp three scientific principles;to improve the scientific level of the Party’s leadership system,we must work hard in four aspects.Only by doing so,we can proceed following the laws of leadership of Marxist ruling party,improve the scientific level of the Party’s leadership and governance,and ensure that the Party can govern the country more effectively.
