采用双CPU设计高压电源调整器

摘要 介绍一种采用双CPU控制的电除尘器高压电源调整器软硬件实现方法。该装置运用双CPU控制及RAM资源共享技术,利用16位单片机的快速A/D采样、处理及实时控制,提高了A/D采样速度和测量精度,解决了利用单CPU电路采样对火花闪络识别所存在的可靠性不高问题。编程采用80C196KB汇编语言模块化设计。 In both HW and SW,the realization concept of HV power source adjuster for electric dust clearer is introduced. It is under the control of two CPUs and applies data sharing technology with a dual port RAM.The 16 bit single ship microprocessor is used for quick A/D sampling data processing and real time control,it increases the A/D sampling speed and measuring precision,the low reliability problem in flash recognition with single CPU is thus solved. The SW is of module design in assemble language 80C186KB.
