颞浅动脉额支岛状皮瓣在下睑外翻修复中的应用

Application of the island flap of frontal branch of superficial temporal artery in lower eyelid ectropion repair

目的观察应用颞浅动脉额支岛状皮瓣修复下睑外翻的手术效果。方法 2009年3月至2012年4月期间,共收治下睑外翻9例10只眼,根据患者下睑外翻程度,采用颞浅动脉额支岛状皮瓣转移修复。结果 9例10只眼均获得满意的效果,因下睑外翻导致的各种并发症在手术后明显好转。随访观察3～8月所有患者术后疗效满意。结论颞浅动脉额支岛状皮瓣在修复下睑外翻较重的患者中,可以得到良好的效果。

Objective To observe the effect of the island flap of frontal branch of superfi- cial temporal artery repairing lower eyelid ectropion. Methods From March 2009 to April 2012, we received 9 patients and repair their 10 eyes＇ lower eyelid ectropion with the island flap of fron- tal branch of superficial temporal artery. Results All the cases showed satisfactory results, and all the complications of lower eyelid ectropion after operation were improved, while all patients had satisfactory effect after 3-8 months follow-up. Conclusion The patients of severe lower eye- lid ectropion can obtain good effect after the repair with the island flap of frontal branch of super- ficial temporal artery.
