摘要 目的探讨膜联蛋白Ⅱ(AnnexinⅡ)在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测52例胃癌组织及癌旁正常胃组织中AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达,分析在不同临床病理指标下AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中AnnexinⅡ蛋白的阳性表达率高于胃正常组织,两者有显著性差异;癌组织中AnnexinⅡ蛋白表达率与患者性别、组织病理分化程度及浸润深度无关,但却与临床分期及淋巴结转移与否有关。结论胃癌组织中AnnexinⅡ蛋白过度表达,可能在胃癌发生发展及侵袭转移中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of Annexin Ⅱ protein in gastric carci noma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of Annexin Ⅱ protein was detected in gastric cancerous tissues and normal tissues using S-P staining method. The expression of An nexin Ⅱ was analyzed in gastric cancerous tissues with different clinical pathological parameter. Results The expression of Annexin Ⅱ protein in gastric cancerous tissues was obviously higher than that in gastric normal tissues. No correlation was found between Annexin Ⅱ expression and sex,histological differentiated level and invasion depth. But the expression level of Annexin Ⅱ was closely related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer patients. Conclu- sion Annexin Ⅱ over expression may play an important role in the occurrence, development, in vasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
