微创小切口保留中厚皮法根治腋臭的临床观察

Clinical observation of keeping thick skin by mini-invasive incisions in treating axillary osmidrosis

目的探讨微创小切口保留中厚皮法根治腋臭的临床效果。方法总结分析我整形外科医院自2007年9月至2012年4月的238例腋臭患者采用微创小切口保留中厚皮法腋臭根治术的临床效果。结果 238例患者随访3月～1年,93.28%患者无异味残留,腋下无明显瘢痕,效果满意。结论微创小切口保留中厚皮法临床应用效果好,手术操作简单,无明显瘢痕遗留且并发症少,是一种比较理想的腋臭手术方式。

Objective To investigate clinical efficiency of keeping thick skin by mini-inva- sive incisions to cure axillary osmidrosis. Methods To observe clinical efficiency of 238 axillary osmidrosis patients who were in my plastic surgical hospital underwent keeping thick skin by min- i-invasive incisions of axillary osmidrosis from Sep 2007 to Apr 2012. Results 238 of these pa- tients underwent follow-up ranging from 3 to 12 months. 93.28~//oo of these patients were satisfied with the outcome. Conclusion The clinical efficiency of keeping thick skin by mini-invasive inci sions is effective and simple to cure axillary osmidrosis. It is an ideal axillary osmidrosis surgery without evident scarser and fewer complications.
