摘要
目的探讨时间管理A、B表在门诊护士长管理工作中的应用。方法根据艾森豪威尔时间管理法原则,制订目标遵循的SMART原则、卡耐基的A、B表目标管理法和PDCA管理循环法,制订了时间管理A、B表,在管理工作中使用并分析日常工作耗时。结果提高了使用者的时间管理意识,培养了设定目标的思维方法,养成"计划-实施-评估-改进"的工作思路,节省了工作日耗时,提高了工作效率。结论时间管理A、B表可以增强门诊护士长的时间观念,提高管理能力和工作效率。
Objective To explore the effects of "time management A and B table" applied by head nurses in out-patient department. Methods The "time management A and B table" was developed according to SMART target-set principles and Eisenhower time-management princi- ples, Carnegie time-management A and B table principles, PDCA management cycle principles and was applied to head nurses" work. The average daily work time was collected. Results The" time management A and B table" can increase user awareness of time management. The way of objective thinking and the method of "plan-implementation-evaluation-improvement" work were developed among the users. The average daily work time was shortened and the work efficiency was improved. Conclusion The"time management A and B table" can enhance the concept of time and improve time the quality of management and the work efficiency of head nurses in out patient department.
