摘要
特高压交流试验示范工程首次应用了固定串联电容器补偿装置(FSC),电容器组作为其核心元件,具有容量大、单元数量多、电压等级高等特点,为保证特大型电容器组的运行安全和串补成套装置的高可用率,根据电容器组不平衡保护整定原则,通过EMTP软件仿真计算,分析得出双H型内熔丝电容器组不平衡电流定值设定的合理范围;结合串补装置中与电容器组运行相关的其他设备特点,分析了金属氧化物限压器、触发间隙、阻尼装置、旁路断路器的作用,介绍了与电容器组在运行中的相互配合关系,实现了合理限制电容器组过电压、保护其安全运行的目的。
The system of fixed series capacitor bank compensation device (FSC) is used for the first time in UHV AC demonstration project and capacitor bank as its core component possesses such characteristics as large capacity, large numbers of units high voltage level etc. For ensuring safe op- eration of the capacity bank and enhancing the availability ratio of series compensation complete e- quipments, in accordance with the unbalanced protection setting principle of capacitor bank, reason- able range set by unbalanced current fixed value of double H type internal fuse capacitor bank is an- alyzed and obtained through simulation calculation of EMTP software, The effect of metal oxide volt- age imitator, triggered gap, damping device and bypass circuit breaker is analyzed in the combina- tion of the features of other equipments related to the operation of capacitor bank in the series com- pensation equipment, their coordination relation in the operation of capacitor bank is introduced and the purposes of rationally restricting the overvoltage of capacitor bank and guaranteeing the safe oper- ation are achieved.
