摘要
针对额定电流140A以内的CJX1系列交流接触器,通过选择触头材料、调整触头形状等措施进行AC-4电寿命型式试验。结果表明,低成本(节约型)环保型电触头材料完全具备代替AgCdO材料的能力,能够达到CJX1系列交流接触器AC-4电寿命的要求。
In order to popularize the environment-friendly non-cadmium contact materials in domes-tic low-voltage AC contactors enterprises, CJX1 AC contactors, the rated current of which was within 140A, were chosen to carry out AC-4 test by choosing the contact materials and adjusting the contact shape. The results show that environment-friendly contact materials with the advantage of low cost can meet or increase the requirement of electrical life, so that the AgCdO is replaced completely.
