This paper summaries the information network which can process and transmit a lot of fault information.In this network,there are a great number of equipment including microprocessorbased protective relays(LEP901A ,WXB11(C)) and fault recorders ,and the network’s application in BeijingTianjinTangshan Power Grid has been introduced in detail in the paper.
