中国电力企业承担低碳生态社会责任探析 被引量:1

摘要 在全球低碳经济革命的背景下,中国的电力企业为达到企业可持续发展、经济社会和谐、生态环境保护的多赢目标,必须重建企业社会责任。本文首先界定了企业低碳生态社会责任的范围和特点,然后分析中国电力企业低碳生态企业社会责任的主要利益相关方及其他们之间的具体责任内容,最后通过技术革新、制度创新、产业重组、新能源开发几方面来推动中国电力企业积极承担低碳生态社会责任的具体措施。 In the worldwide background of low-carbon economy evolution, China's power corporations, to reach win-win goals as company's sustainable development, harmony of economy and society, ecological environment protection, should rebuild their Corporation Society Responsibility. This article firstly puts forward responsibility scopes and characteristics of corporation low-carbine ecological social responsibility, and then defines the main stakeholders of China's power corporations and their responsibilities, finally advances some specific measures through technology innovation, system innovation, industrial restructuring, new energy development China's power corporations how to undertake low-carbine ecological social responsibility.
