摘要 为满足质子诱发碎裂反应研究设备(PISA)中探测器系统测试的需求,研制了一套基于PXI-5105示波器卡的数据获取系统。该系统最高采样率达60 M/s,可采集宽度为μs量级的波形信号。系统工作在Windows XP操作系统下,通过一个简易操作的图形用户界面(GUI)控制。数据的在线显示和分析程序基于CERN的ROOT分析平台。通过实验检验,系统工作稳定,最大数据获取速率达50MB/s。 The data acquisition and analysis system for the detector system test of the proton-induced spallation(PISA) experimental project was developed based on PXI-5105 scope card.The maximum sample rate of the system can be up to 60 M/s,and it can capture the width of the order of microsecond waveform signals.The system was controlled by using a user-friendly graphical interface(GUI) on a Windows XP operation system.The online display and analysis code were based on the ROOT framework.The tests show that the system is reliable.The maximum data acquisition rate of 50 MB/s is achieved.
